Returns
If you aren't extremely happy with this product for any reason, then we aren't happy. You may return the package in undamaged condition within 30 days of the date of original purchase for a full refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your bracelet, please return the original bracelet (in a padded envelope) within 30 days and we will ship you a new one.
Non-Warranty Repairs
For all other repairs, return the bracelet (in a padded envelope). Please enclose a note explaining the defect, along with a $15.00 check or money order (payable to Chelsea & Charles, LLC) to cover the cost of the repair and shipping.
Sales Tax
State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of Tennessee.
